The student and teachers displayed their indigenous art rock projects this morning in the garden outside the library.
They used traditional symbols representing community, unity and movement in their design, which looks awesome!
The rocks have been packed up and returned to the students to take home as a memento of the weeks activities. Some students have chosen to donate the rocks to the school for use in a future celebration garden with the school grounds.
Our NAIDOC week finished off with a brilliant rendition of 5 Kangaroos by Jessica Mauboy performed at assembly by Prep SC.
It was great to have so many parents here to help us complete our NAIDOC week celebrations.
Thanks everyone for a great week.
